Apple is learning variety from Android...but not fast enough

At Apple's Gather round event, the Cupertino company appeared to be diversifying its portfolio as the iPhone X splits into three with a range of colors, sizes specs and even prices. Of course, Android fans are used to having this already, but Apple could do well to offer this...but does it risk losing its identity?
